Hi, I'm Amanda
I enjoy designing thoughtful and creative sequences for group classes, workshops, and private clients, to explore novel movement patterns with the aim of feeling better both mentally and physically.
I create practices to empower every level of practitioner, and regularly work with clients ranging from elementary school age children to seniors, and everyone in between.

I explore a variety of movement techniques in my classes, including yoga with resistance bands and myofascial release practices, in addition to vinyasa flow. I also hold an advanced certification as a kettlebell specialist and teach classes that involve flowing with a kettlebell.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and am a passionate advocate for inclusive yoga programs. With that aim, I regularly work with various schools and nonprofits to teach yoga to neurodivergent children and adults.

I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Medicine and am a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist.
