Kettlebells

I offer an introductory workshop called Kettlebells 101 where you will learn the fundamental lifts that will prepare you for a continuous kettlebell flow.
I also offer an intermediate workshop where you will learn advanced technical lifts and hand-changes.
Yoga with Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are a unique yoga prop that can help build strength, diversify movement patterns, explain biomechanics, and offer tactile feedback and assists, all for a relatively low cost. Explore a variety of banded techniques and yoga flows in this workshop.
Myofascial Relase

Stimulate hydration in your connective tissues with myofasicial release practices that can be performed with a variety of props including tennis balls, foam rollers, and yoga blocks.
Teacher Training & Continuing Education

I provide in-person and virtual instruction on a broad range of topics including anatomy, biomechanics, usage of props, modifications, sequencing, and more for both 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs.
Chaturanga Workshop

With an inversion, a plank, an eccentric push up, and a backbend—all performed in just 2 breaths—there is a lot to unpack! In this workshop, I'll walk you through each step and provide precise feedback tailored to your unique anatomy.
Yin Yoga

Stretch, strengthen, and release the muscles that move and support your hips, with this workshop dedicated to the hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, adductors, and abductors. This workshop can be offered as a series of sessions focused on single muscle, or as a holistic overview.

Explore the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as the SI joint, in isolation and unison, through movement intended to release common areas of tension. This workshop can be offered as a series of sessions focused on a particular region of the spine, or as a holistic overview.
